Analytical Chemistry Division (V)

COMMISSION ON GENERAL ASPECTS OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY (V.1)

Number: 510/37/98

Title: Essential Information for Characterizing a Flow Analyser

Task Group
Chairman:
E.A.G. Zagatto

Members: J.F. van Staden, N. Maniasso, G.D. Marshall, and R.I. Stefan

Completion Date: 2002 - project completed

Objective:
To avoid confusion and give the proper presentation of a given flow based methodology.

Description:
Flow analysis is a very important branch in Analytical Chemistry that is evident from the ever increasing output. It is therefore essential that some minimal requirements are needed to permit a proper presentation of a given flow based methodology.

This project was presented at a poster session at the IUPAC Congress/GA July 2001
