Title: Determination of Phosphorus in Edible Oils by Spectrophotometry

Coordinator(s): M. Pike

Remarks: ISO, AOCS, FOSFA

Completion Date: 1996 - project terminated

This project has been superceded by ad hoc project 1/98: Determination of Phosphorus by ICP. A collaborative study (AOCS/IUPAC) is running during 1998/99, including a comparison of different methods for phosphorus determination.

Last Update: 14 june 1999

Project terminated 31 dec 2001
